Tbo Taas is an online platform that connects job seekers ("Talent") with employers ("Companies") seeking to hire. Our Platform facilitates:

• Talent profile creation and showcase
• Application and recruitment processes
• Communication between Companies and Talent
• Skill assessment and verification tools

3. User Categories and Eligibility

3.1 General Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3.2 For Job Seekers (Talent)

• You represent that you are legally authorized to work in the jurisdictions where you seek employment
• You warrant that all information in your profile is accurate and up-to-date
• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.3 For Employers (Companies)

• You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company
• You warrant that all job postings comply with applicable employment laws
• You agree to engage in lawful and non-discriminatory hiring practices

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Profile Information

• Talent: You may create a profile showcasing your skills, experience, and qualifications
• Companies: You may create a company profile and post job opportunities
• All users must ensure their information is accurate, current, and not misleading

5. Platform Usage Rules

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in discriminatory practices based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Post jobs that are not genuine employment opportunities
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.2 Content Guidelines

• All content must be professional and appropriate
• Job postings must accurately represent available positions
• Talent profiles must truthfully represent qualifications and experience
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

• We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing

6.2 Data Sharing

• Companies may view Talent profiles and contact information when Talent applies for positions
• Talent information may be shared with Companies for recruitment purposes
• We do not sell personal information to third parties

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Platform Disclaimer

• The Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information
• We are not responsible for the actions of users or the outcome of employment relationships

7.2 Employment Relationships

• We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform
• Companies and Talent are solely responsible for their employment agreements
• We do not verify employment eligibility, background checks, or credentials

7.3 Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Platform

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Upon termination, you lose access to Platform features

8.2 Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate accounts with or without cause
• We will provide notice when reasonably possible

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. If we change our terms of use, we will post those changes on this page. Registered users will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the terms of use.
